1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 234win platform available at 234win.live (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time. 234win reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are found to be under 21 years of age, your account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits may be returned at 234win's sole discretion in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the 234win platform, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other required details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If 234win detects duplicate accounts, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
• Keep your 234win login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

234win reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete, or where the account is being used in violation of these Terms.

Account registration and use of the 234win platform is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

234win supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players:

All transactions on the 234win platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 234win does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

234win offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 234win reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

All games available on the 234win platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• All bets placed on 234win are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 234win will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. 234win's decision regarding the outcome of any affected game round shall be final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 234win staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a bug must be reported immediately and will be voided.

8. Responsible Gaming

Any unauthorised use of 234win's intellectual property may result in legal action under Philippine law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 234win, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 234win's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content.

234win's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 234win account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 234win makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

234win collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.

• Request by a competent Philippine regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon termination of your account, any pending withdrawal requests for legitimately won funds will be processed in accordance with 234win's standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account termination.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 234win, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 234win's customer support team. 234win will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 234win from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or account decisions, 234win's internal review process shall be exhausted before any formal legal proceedings are initiated. 234win's decisions on gaming disputes, made in good faith and in accordance with applicable game rules, shall be final and binding.
